C permit for 2nd quarter of 2025

In connection with the issuance of the "C" type travel permit for international freight transportation through the Gashuunsukhait border crossing by the NRTC, companies wishing to establish a transportation contract and cooperate should send an official request to Munkhnoyon Suvraga LLC at trans@hunnucoal.com.
Requirements for Transporting Legal Entities:
The official request must include the following information:
- Company introduction and certificate
- Number of vehicles
- Camp capacity
- Information on HSE officer, Transport coordinator, and technical staff
- Compliance certificate
- Customs authorized carrier certificate
- Road usage agreement with "Gashuunsukhait Auto Road" LLC
NOTE:
1. Please note that it is not possible to receive or confirm requests after the above-mentioned deadline!
2. Follow the rules, regulations and standards related to cargo transportation.
3. It is prohibited to transport cargo and coal belonging to other legal entities with the "C" permit issued by "Monkhnoyon Suvraga" LLC
4. No other transportation shall be carried with "C" licensed vehicles.
